Local Candidates Only Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a Senior Facility Engineer for a client in Qatar. The role involves overseeing facility operations, maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure system reliability.
Lead facility improvement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and environmental standards.
Optimize energy use and sustainability initiatives.
Lead and mentor engineering and maintenance teams.
Develop emergency response plans and ensure backup system readiness.
Prepare budgets and oversee equipment procurement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Experience: 8+ years in facility engineering; CFM and QCDD certifications are a plus.
Mandatory: Qatar MME/UPDA Grade A or B certification.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance software, and energy management.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
