Job Description

A Learning & Development Officer is responsible for supporting the learning, growth, and professional development of employees by identifying training needs, coordinating and facilitating training programs, maintaining training records, and monitoring the effectiveness of learning initiatives. The role works closely with department leaders to enhance employee skills, improve performance, and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements. Additionally, the Learning & Development Officer promotes a culture of continuous learning, supports talent development and succession planning, coordinates external training opportunities, and helps drive colleague engagement and service excellence in alignment with the organization's goals and brand standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of learning principles and training methodologies. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs. Shared Services Center - Moore Moore , OK , US
