The Role This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, focusing on the development and implementation of training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. This role involves working closely with management and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional grow Learning & Development Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers. Develop, implement, and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Organise and coordinate learning and development activities, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Employee Relations Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture. Strategic Planning Collaborate with Director of HR and senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction. Develop and manage L&D budgets and ensure cost-effective initiatives Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Conduct regular audits of HR practices and recommend improvements. Manage risk by implementing effective HR & L&D practices and policies.
