Executive Chef vacancy in Ar-Ruwais Qatar Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine We are a prestigious restaurant located in Ar-Ruwais, seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food and service for our customers. Responsibilities Create and execute menus featuring traditional and contemporary Indian dishes Manage all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards Source high-quality ingredients from local markets or suppliers Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed Ensure all dishes meet quality standards and are presented attractively Collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing, and cost control measures Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and food storage areas Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing sanitation standards Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine Strong knowledge of traditional Indian dishes as well as modern cooking techniques Ability to create new menu items while maintaining authenticity of traditional flavors Experience managing a kitchen team with excellent leadership skills Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Passion for delivering exceptional customer service through food quality and presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Proven track record of managing budgeting, cost control measures, and inventory management Education: A diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred but not required.
