Senior full-stack engineer

What We're Looking For 6+ years of professional software engineering experience 6+ years of hands-on Go backend development Strong experience building scalable, reliable, production-grade backend systems Strong Next.js / React / Type Script experience Strong experience with Redis Production experience with Docker Strong cloud experience across GCP and/or AWS Experience designing secure, scalable APIs and distributed systems Experience taking systems from development through deployment and maintenance Strong understanding of testing, observability, performance, security, and production operations Fluent Arabic communication skills are required for this role Strong English communication skills Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional engineering environment Location & Working Arrangement Doha, Qatar Full-time, hybrid position Remote work is available as part of the hybrid arrangement Candidates must be able to attend our Doha office when required Candidates must have the legal right to work in Qatar Candidates who require a change or transfer of sponsorship should be able to complete the required sponsorship-transfer process Ideal Candidate We are particularly interested in engineers who have deep, practical experience with: Go Redis Docker GCP AWS Next.js We value engineers who have built and operated real production systems—not simply academic or small-scale projects.
