Design architect

Develop creative architectural concepts layouts and design proposals for new and ongoing projects Prepare concept presentations mood boards 3 D renderings and detailed design drawings Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements project goals and functional needs Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants MEP structural landscape etc to integrate design solutions Ensure designs meet local regulations building codes and project standards Review and refine drawings based on feedback from clients consultants and management Produce detailed architectural drawings material specifications schedules and design documentation Stay updated with the latest trends materials and technologies in architecture and interior design Support the preparation of project submissions to authorities Maintain accuracy creativity and quality throughout all design phases Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design (GCC experience an advantage). Strong proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office. Exceptional creativity with a strong design portfolio. Good understanding of building codes, materials, and modern design practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines. Attention to detail and strong visualization skills.
