Key Responsibilities Coordinate birthday parties from start to finish, including liaising with vendors, entertainers, decorators, and other suppliers. Plan and prepare creative daily activities and sensory trays for children based on rotating themes and developmental goals. Facilitate workshops, classes, camps and other similar activities for children. Capture photos and videos of daily activities, events, and celebrations for Wonder Works' social media channels. Monitor and manage inventory of activity materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring stock is maintained and replenished as needed. Organize activity spaces and ensure materials are prepared in advance. Work closely with the team to create memorable experiences for children and families. Build warm professional relationships with children and families. Requirements A genuine passion for working with children. Previous experience in a nursery, childcare setting, early years education, or a similar role is highly preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and team members. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and planning. Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
