Project manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Experience: Minimum 15+ years of post-qualification experience Minimum 10+ years’ proven experience as a Project Manager with a contracting company, managing and executing major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 Million+ of similar scale, quality, and complexity. Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region . Key Competencies: Lead project planning, execution, and progress monitoring. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Prepare and manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial risks. Lead project teams, allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and resolve issues. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders and provide regular updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements. Implement quality control measures and manage project risks. Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports. Candidates must meet all the mandatory requirements below.
