Sales executive

We are looking for an active, energetic, and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive with good knowledge of the sports, fitness, gym equipment, sports flooring, and sports facility market. The candidate should already understand the industry, know how to approach clients, identify projects, and convert opportunities into sales. Responsibilities Visit clients daily and actively search for new business opportunities. Develop business with gyms, schools, sports clubs, hotels, companies, contractors, consultants, and government entities. Promote gym equipment, sports equipment, flooring, padel, squash, and other Olympia Sports solutions. Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and potential customers. Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. Follow up strongly with clients from first contact until closing the deal. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and management teams. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Provide regular updates about market activity, competitors, and new opportunities. Requirements Previous sales experience in the same or similar field is highly preferred. Good knowledge of gym equipment, sports products, flooring, or sports facility projects. Existing network and contacts in the Qatar market is a strong advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Very active, confident, outgoing, and results-oriented personality. Comfortable visiting clients and developing business outside the office. Able to work independently and take initiative. Good English; Arabic is an advantage. Qatar driving licence preferred.
