Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan Qatar As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects including budgeting scheduling resource allocation and quality control Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines are met Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays Communicate with clients regarding project updates changes and any concerns that may arise Hire train and manage construction staff as needed Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Construction Manager Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and equipment Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Experience working on large-scale projects with varying budgets Strong communication skills in English Malayalee preferred Must be able to work without accommodation If you are a highly driven individual with experience in managing construction projects and have excellent leadership skills This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month Please note that English fluency is required for this position #J-18808-Ljbffr
