Sales account manager

About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to win and grow corporate uniform accounts across Qatar. You will find new clients, understand their needs, recommend the right products, and build long-term relationships that bring repeat business. Key Responsibilities Business Development Win bulk uniform orders from new and existing corporate clients across Qatar Target key sectors hospitality, healthcare, education, construction, oil, gas, facility management, security and government Build a strong sales pipeline through client visits, calls, referrals and industry networks Prepare and submit tenders and RFQs on time and complete Client Solutions Meet clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable designs, fabrics and accessories Present samples catalogues and design mock-ups Prepare quotations and proposals working with Accounts on costing and margins Arrange measurement sessions and size sets for large orders Account Management Manage key accounts and grow repeat business Respond to enquiries and complaints quickly and follow through until resolved Coordinate with design, production and logistics to deliver orders on time and to specification Follow up on payments and support Accounts with collections Targets & Reporting Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Keep all leads, quotations and orders updated in the CRM or sales tracker Submit weekly sales and pipeline reports to the Business Development Manager Share market feedback on competitors, pricing and client needs Requirements Essential Bachelor's degree in any field. 3-5 years of B2 B bulk uniform sales experience in Qatar. Proven sales to at least two sectors, such as hotels, hospitals, schools, construction, or facility management. Good knowledge of fabrics, workwear, and safety garments (e.g., hi-vis and flame-resistant wear). Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Good English and working knowledge of MS Office. Preferred Knowledge of embroidery, printing, and logo branding. Experience with government or semi-government tenders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
