Responsibilities Interact directly with Arabic-speaking clients stakeholders to understand and capture design requirements for villas and residential plots Translate verbal written briefs in Arabic into detailed 3 D design concepts and layouts Design villas and other structures based on plot dimensions site conditions and client requirements Develop 3 D models renders and walkthroughs to present design concepts for client approval Prepare and revise floor plans elevations and layouts in line with client feedback Coordinate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance with local building norms Incorporate revisions promptly based on client and internal team feedback Maintain design documentation and ensure timely delivery of design deliverables Stay updated on regional GCC villa design trends materials and client preferences Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a 3 D Designer, preferably with villa/residential/landscape design exposure Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) — mandatory, for direct client requirement gathering Proficient in 3 D design software such as 3ds Max, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and plot-based design constraints Prior experience working with GCC/Middle East clients or projects is a strong plus Good communication skills to liaise between Arabic-speaking clients and internal design/technical teams Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
