Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a meticulous General Accountant who will be responsible for handling revenue reconciliation, bank reconciliation, petty cash management, fixed assets tracking, and receivables monitoring. Job Responsibility: Ensure accurate revenue reconciliation by comparing financial records with incoming payments. Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to verify and track all financial transactions. Manage petty cash funds efficiently and maintain accurate records. Maintain an updated register of fixed assets, including acquisition, tracking, and disposal. Monitor receivables closely and take necessary steps to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Prior experience in handling revenue reconciliation, bank reconciliation, petty cash management, fixed assets, and receivables. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Skills Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Time management and organizational skills Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Experience with financial reporting and financial analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
