Job Description

Contract Merchandiser (Qatar)We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a contract basis. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays in retail stores to attract and engage customers. Responsibilities Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales Plan and create attractive product displays in retail stores Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques Ensure all visual merchandising complies with brand guidelines Maintain relationships with store managers and negotiate prime display locations for products Requirements Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is required Experience in the retail industry preferred Must be able to work on a contract basis Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must have current visa sponsorship or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Qatar
