Position Summary: We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced Azure Solution Architect to join our enterprise technology team on a full-time permanent basis in Qatar via Nair Systems. In this critical cloud architecture and engineering leadership role, you will be responsible for designing, modernizing, and scaling mission-critical cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Share Point, and Power Platform ecosystems. Detailed Job Description: As an Azure Solution Architect in Qatar via Nair Systems, you will serve as a principal technical authority responsible for architecting scalable cloud platforms, executing classic-to-modern transformations, and delivering robust backend integrations. Your daily responsibilities will encompass designing Microsoft Azure cloud solutions, architecting Share Point and Power Platform workflows, integrating REST APIs and backend microservices, and leading cloud migration validation. You will collaborate closely with enterprise stakeholders, development squads, and system administrators to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performance solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and deploy scalable cloud solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Share Point Online, and Power Platform. Build robust backend services, integrations, and data exchange patterns utilizing REST APIs, CSOM, and Microsoft 365 integration frameworks. Design and execute advanced automation and workflow solutions utilizing Power Automate, Dataverse, and business process automation tools. Lead complex cloud migrations, Share Point modernizations, and classic-to-modern transformations using Share Gate, SPMT, and Pn P Power Shell. Engineer high-performance web applications and custom SPFx components utilizing C#, Java Script, Type Script, React JS, Angular JS, Node.js, and Bootstrap. Establish and govern Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines, source control, deployment planning, and production support protocols. Ensure strict access control, security governance, compliance-aware solution design, and accessibility standards. Manage enterprise data storage platforms including Microsoft SQL Server, Dataverse, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Table Storage. Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external clients to define system requirements. Author comprehensive architecture blueprints, technical documentation, migration runbooks, and validation test plans. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7+ years of professional enterprise IT experience, with extensive specialized expertise in Microsoft Azure and M365 architecture. Deep technical proficiency in Share Point Online/2016/2019, Power Platform, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage integration. Proven practical experience executing large-scale cloud migrations and Share Point modernizations using Share Gate, SPMT, and Pn P Power Shell. Strong programming expertise in C#, Java Script, Type Script, React JS, Angular JS, Node.js, SPFx, j Query, and Bootstrap. Solid working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release coordination. Comprehensive understanding of security governance, access control permissions, and compliance-aware solution design. Mandatory residency/work authorization: Ability to operate on-site in Qatar. Nice-to-Have Skills: Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert. Prior professional experience executing digital transformation projects within financial services or large enterprises in the GCC.
