Quantity Surveyor

We are searching for a detail-oriented and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Doha. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating and managing the costs of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing contract documents, conducting feasibility studies, and providing cost advice to our clients.

Responsibilities

Conducting feasibility studies to determine the cost and viability of proposed projects

Preparing cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses

Creating detailed contracts and tender documents

Evaluating bids from contractors and negotiating prices

Monitoring project progress to ensure it stays within budget

Identifying potential cost-saving measures

Providing regular reports on project costs to clients and stakeholders

Conducting site visits to assess progress and quality of work

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively

Proficient in using computer software such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel, and cost estimating software

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Indian nationality preferred

Must have a valid visa for working in Doha

Salary: 1800$ per month
