A leading company in Doha is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with strong capabilities in project management, MEP coordination, and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works from planning through final handover, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and schedules. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate MEP works across architectural, construction, and interior fit-out projects. Supervise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and related building services. Coordinate daily activities between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams. Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, and project specifications. Monitor project schedules, site progress, quality standards, testing, commissioning, and final handover. Identify design conflicts, technical issues, project risks, and delays, and coordinate suitable solutions. Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, project requirements, and applicable Qatar standards. Attend client, consultant, and site meetings and prepare clear project updates. Represent the company professionally in selected social media content, project videos, and site presentations. Cooperate with the marketing team to explain MEP systems, technical details, project stages, and site progress clearly and professionally. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in Doha, Qatar. Demonstrated experience in MEP project management and interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, testing, commissioning, and site coordination. Ability to read and review architectural and MEP drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software. Strong communication, presentation, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable appearing in professional company videos and social media content. Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an advantage. Currently based in Qatar with a valid Qatar Residence Permit. Relevant Doha projects must be clearly demonstrated in the CV or project portfolio.
