Business development manager

Fioreva is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. We are looking for a commercially driven and well-connected professional who knows how to create opportunities, build relationships, and turn them into business. This is a hands-on business development role focused on expanding Fioreva Group's presence, developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and directly contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new B2 B and B2 C business opportunities. Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, connections, direct outreach, meetings, and market opportunities. Build strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, corporate clients, brands, and potential partners. Develop new partnerships and identify opportunities to expand Fioreva Group's presence across Qatar. Understand client business needs and recommend the right solutions across Fioreva Group. Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and meetings to proposals, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain an active pipeline of new opportunities. Identify opportunities for cross-selling, account growth, and long-term partnerships. Represent Fioreva Group at meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and business activities. Consistently work toward agreed business development and revenue targets. What We're Looking For 3+ years of Business Development / Sales experience in Qatar. Strong understanding of the Qatar market, business environment, culture, and business etiquette. Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities. Proven ability to independently generate and close new business. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills. Proactive, commercially minded, and motivated by growth, results, and earning potential. Existing professional and business connections in Qatar are a strong advantage.
