Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant - Payroll Job Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development, integrations, reporting, data migration and Payroll implementations. The consultant will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to design, develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions with a focus on Payroll Design and develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports and Fast Formula support Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Develop and maintain HDL HCM Data Loader and HSDL data migration templates Configure and support Payroll-related technical components including element entries, balances, payroll interfaces and data conversion Develop REST and SOAP web service integrations with third-party applications Create and maintain BIP reports, XML Publisher templates and SQL-based reports Develop VBCS and Oracle APEX applications where required Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, testing, deployment and post-production support Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud development standards and best practices Functional Knowledge / Experience Global Human Resources Core HR Payroll Mandatory Absence Management Compensation / Benefits Workforce Structures Time & Labor Recruiting Talent Management Preferred Qualifications Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly upgrades Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Mandatory Skills Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion Payroll HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM Extracts / BI Publisher OTBI Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Fast Formula REST APIs / SOAP Web Services SQL / XML Data Migration Payroll Integrations Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Oracle APEX Oracle Redwood UI Roles / Responsibilities Gather technical requirements from business and functional teams Design scalable Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions Develop and deploy integrations, reports and data conversion programs Perform unit testing and support SIT UAT Support production issues and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides Work collaboratively with global delivery teams and business users 8+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience. Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll. Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL/HSDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Fast Formula, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST & SOAP APIs, SQL, XML, data migration, Payroll integrations. Experience with Oracle Fusion security, roles and data security. Experience in Payroll data conversion and interfaces. Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture.
