Job Description

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Librarian to join our team in Lusail. As a Librarian you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library collection as well as providing assistance to library users. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$. We welcome applicants from different nationalities. Responsibilities Organize and maintain library materials such as books magazines and electronic resources Develop and implement cataloging systems for efficient access to library materials Assist library users in locating and retrieving information Provide reference services to patrons including answering questions and providing research assistance Develop and conduct training programs for library users on how to access and use library resources effectively Manage budget for purchasing new books and materials for the library Collaborate with other librarians to plan and implement events and activities that promote reading culture Requirements Bachelors degree in Library Science or related field Minimum of 2 years experience working as a librarian in a similar role Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills both written and verbal Proficient in using library management software Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must have own visa #J-18808-Ljbffr
