Industrial engineer

As an Industrial Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing processes and systems to improve productivity quality and efficiency in manufacturing You will work closely with production teams to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement This role requires strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement Develop and implement new processes and systems to increase efficiency Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for cost reduction Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes Monitor production metrics and adjust processes as needed to meet targets Develop standard operating procedures SOPs for all manufacturing processes Train production staff on new processes and procedures Utilize industrial engineering techniques such as Six Sigma to improve quality control Stay current on industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering Requirements Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Proven experience in process design improvement and implementation Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations Knowledge of industrial engineering techniques such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement Fluent in English additional languages are a plus Location Lusail Salary 1200$ per month negotiable based on experience This is an excellent opportunity for foreign candidates looking for English speaking jobs in Lusail Accommodation is not provided but assistance can be given in finding suitable housing options Students are also welcome to apply We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth within the company Join our team and make a difference in the manufacturing industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
