IT Support Specialist Location: Qatar Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for IT systems, applications, end-user services, and technology environments. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, resolving escalated incidents, supporting system deployments, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications. Resolve escalated incidents and service requests. Monitor and maintain assigned IT services and environments. Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues. Support application, desktop, infrastructure, and end-user services. Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and migrations. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles. Coordinate with infrastructure, application, security, and vendor teams. Support service improvement initiatives and operational excellence. Ensure issues are resolved in line with service level agreements (SLAs). Required Skills Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving. IT service management. Incident and problem management. Systems and application support. Customer service and user support. Technical documentation and knowledge management. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT support, technical support, or service operations. Experience supporting applications, desktops, infrastructure, and end-user environments. Knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
