Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Responsible of encouragingly selling services to customers with high level of professionalism. Responsible of ensuring customer requests are addressed on time and brief the customers on the products and services. Responsible of advising customers on about warranty protections and potential cost savings. Responsible of communicating to the customers on the power tools problems and warranty issues. Responsible to provide the necessary information to the customers on OEM (Original Equipment costs) part options. Responsible of supporting in the development of solutions to keep the costs low while resolving issues. Responsible of resolving customer complaints to enhance customer loyalty. Responsible of maintaining a complete customer relations and follow up policy that ensures maximum customer satisfaction. Responsible of supporting in completing the repair orders and necessary documentations on arrival of the customer. Qualifications / Requirements: Vocational Course in Technical or Equivalent Strong Written and verbal communication skills. Familiar with MS Office Suits: Excel and Word.
