We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandisers Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our merchandising operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient flow from product selection to in-store presentation Responsibilities Operational Duties Develop merchandising strategies and product assortments. Develop and implement visual merchandising standards and guidelines for a consistent brand experience across all stores. Oversee the execution of promotions, displays, and banners in accordance with planograms and deadlines. Manage inventory flow and allocation to ensure optimal product availability on the selling floor. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with our customers Team Management & Development Lead and manage a team of merchandisers, providing coaching and development opportunities. Develop team members' knowledge of merchandising standards, product details, and exceptional customer service practices. Motivate and empower the team to achieve set goals and performance targets. Performance & KPI Analysis Monitor the team's performance and adherence to established merchandising standards. Track and analyze merchandising performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock levels, and planogram compliance etc.. for the whole team. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall team effectiveness. Operational Excellence Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention. Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the assigned area. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in visual merchandising. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in merchandising. Proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team. Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and best practices Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
