Junior Construction Manager (Indian)
We are seeking a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be Indian with proficiency in English and a passion for construction. This role is perfect for someone without prior experience in construction management, but with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities
Assist senior construction managers with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members
Monitor progress of construction projects and report any issues to superiors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Handle administrative tasks such as drafting reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings
Requirements
Indian nationality preferred
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
No prior experience required, but willingness to learn is a must
Degree in relevant field (e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Management)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
