Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation. Use HVAC software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to record service activities and monitor equipment performance. Prepare reports, work schedules, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards. Respond to emergency maintenance calls as required. Required Qualifications Diploma or ITI/Technical Certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Experience using HVAC software, CMMS, or other maintenance management applications. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point). Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
