# Financial Controller (Supervisor)Accounting / Finance May 11, 2026 Full Time Urgent Apply Now### Job Description We are looking for a Financial Controller (Supervisor) to join our team within a professional financial and administrative environment.**Responsibilities:*** Develop the accountants’ work plan in coordination with management.* Organize and structure the work of accounting staff.* Supervise accountants’ daily activities and ensure smooth workflow.* Monitor daily performance of accounting personnel.* Coordinate between the Court Trusts Department and accounting staff.* Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and targets.* Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration**Experience:*** Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.**Required Skills:*** Strong ability to solve problems and manage teams effectively.* Solid understanding of accounting principles with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.* Practical experience in working with accounting software and financial systems.
