Job Summary: Drive the sales of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) and Value Added Products (VAP). The role will focus on developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and understanding customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage customer relationships across assigned accounts and market segments. Drive sales of Ready-Mix Concrete and Value Added Products (VAP), identifying opportunities to increase solution-based sales. Identify and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate RMX and VAP solutions in collaboration with technical and operational teams. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and follow up to secure orders. Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, customer trends and project pipelines and share relevant market intelligence. Coordinate with operations, dispatch, technical, quality and other relevant teams to ensure effective customer service and order fulfilment. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer information, forecasts and activity records. Follow company policies, HSE requirements, credit procedures and commercial governance. Contribute to customer retention, collections and profitable business growth. Support timely collection of outstanding customer payments in close coordination with the Credit Control team, including follow-up with customers and resolving payment-related issues Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferable Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Equivalent Work Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, construction materials, building materials, or a related industry, with strong knowledge of the Qatar market. Experience in selling Value Added Products (VAP) or solution-based construction products will be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
